• Prepare technical reports for training.
• Review test plans and procedures. Track progress against schedule, identify deficiencies and resolve.
• Review and track test logs and change requests. Work to ensure timely resolution to test logs following the engineering change notice (ECN) process.
• Reviews and prepares various technical deliverables including test procedures, correlations / as-builts, requests for information (RFI), derogations, and Field Change Notices (FCN).
• Monitors, tracks and reports weekly testing progress and weekly engineering issues logs.
• Technical review of specifications and other bid documents together with construction input.
• Maintains robust engineering / technical submission processes & procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project engineering.
• Experience testing complex electrical / electronic controls systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Strong Technical writing.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exposure to a broad number of engineering fields (Electrical, Civil, and Project)
• Experience with railway signals, controls, and communication.
• Familiar with electrical wiring drawings
