| Job Description: |
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay by implementing industrial engineering techniques/standards.
- Determining manpower and equipment needed to cover production demand.
- Assign workers /staff to particular production operations and shift planning according to production needs.
- Maintain a valid capacity requirement plan that supports the master production schedule.
- Identify and manage bottlenecks and capacity issues with the Production
- Lead the development of SAP to increase the level of automation and reduce the manual nature of the scheduling function
