Job Description: |
We at Opulux Services are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to work on our new launched outbound and inbound campaign.
Requirements:
- Carrying out support related activities for our online E-commerce Websites.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer and interactive communication.
- Work with social media team for advertising on Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Handling Social Media Customers.
Candidate must have:
- Good writing and communications skills (Mandatory).
- Good Communication skills.
- Should be target oriented and punctual.
