Job Description:

The Bank of Punjab is one of the leading banks of Pakistan with a large network of 624 online branches including Islamic Banking branches across Pakistan. BOP invites applications from high-caliber, seasoned professionals for the following positions in its People & Organizational Excellence Group Head Office, Lahore:


Grade: EVP1 to EVP


Location: Head Office, Lahore



  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the Bank's visibility/reputation in key recruiting markets.

  • Lead and manage the workforce planning process, Headcount management and talent acquisition activities.

  • Formulate and implement an employment branding strategy that effectively articulates Bank’s employee value proposition in order to attract top talent.

  • Leverage social networking and other cutting-edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network.

  • Help position Bank as an employer of choice among target candidates.

  • Partner with Banks’s senior management to provide strategy and support for talent acquisition solutions including: Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee Referral Program, Batch hiring, Intern Programs, College/University Relations, and onboarding.

  • Ensure Efficient completion of Talent Acquisition cycle within defined turnaround time (TAT).

  • Ensure maintenance of reports for all recruitment statistics, maintain accuracy in system, document all process and ensure compliance to same.


Education: Minimum Masters or equivalent from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.


Candidates with relevant international certifications i.e. CRA, SHRM, CIPD will have added advantage.


Experience: Minimum of 12 years of overall banking experience including 05 years at senior managerial role in a similar function.


Age: Upto 55 years as of 09.11.2020


The above positions demand highly motivated, result-oriented individuals with a proven track record and leadership skills, well-versed with applicable banking regulations, labor laws & practices.
