| Job Description: |
- Accountability of Zong Load with RSOs & Retail
- Achieving FCA (Prepaid & Postpaid) via Retail & Direct Sale Channels.
- Acheiving MNP target via Retail & Direct Sales Channel.
- Acheiving other relevant KPIs such as Stockout, MBB, A2A etcetera.
- Monthly goal-setting, reviews and progress-monitoring of Retailers, RSOs & DSOs.
- Resolution of channel-specific and customer complaint issues within timelines.
- Achievement of expansion targets through greater penetration and geographical expansion
- Development and retention of team members
