Responsibilities:

What your day to day looks like:

• Using Machine learning,
• Problem structuring & big data analysis to solve business problems.
• Build predictive models to increase and optimize customer experiences
• Revenue and retention including data discovery
• Data preparation/cleaning and model validation
• Leverage Starzplay’s data to carry out performance analyses to answer business questions and provide actionable insights to the Retention & Product teams.
• Monitor the impact of retention activities on core business KPIs such as consumption, recency/frequency measures and churn.
• Use deep dive analysis to identify optimal user behaviors across the customer journey and build out Starzplay’s Customer Lifecycle (CLM) segmentation models.
• Contribute to existing, and develop new, Recommendation Algorithms and Personalisation initiatives.
• Translate complex concepts to non-analyst stakeholders through data, visuals, and narratives.
• Build custom reports, reproducible analysis and dashboards for retention & product teams.

Work cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, data and billing teams to ensure the quality and validity of data used for reporting and business decisions.
