| Job Description: |
Major responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
- Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (LCD, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades, patches and configuration as needed.
- Keep inventory of all equipments, delftwares and user licenses.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software and managed network equipment.
- Manage helpdesk support software
- Performing data backups.
- Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Maintain, configure, and monitor virus protection software and email applications.
- Windows/Linux Servers administration
- Firewall configurations
- Installation and monitoring of CCTV systems
- Multi-site network management
- Supervise Audio/Video Conferencing and PABX
- Manage different official webpages
