What we are looking for:
- Complete monitoring maintaining & troubleshooting of the salesforce software.
- Point of contact of the sales team in all salesforce /CRM related queries.
- Provides weekly and monthly progress reports and accomplishments.
- Assisting with the management of CRM configuration, development, and business process improvement initiatives.
Required:
- Certified salesforce administrator and platform app builder.
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience as a salesforce analyst.
