JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead development of enterprise-wide information security policies, standards guidelines, and procedures
Review all system implementation designs and plans to ensure sufficient security and recovery provisions have been incorporated
Implement Risk Management processes, product development & product maintenance for assigned systems
Perform security compliance continuous monitoring
Conduct security assessments and audits (including SOC, ISO27001, and PCI)
Prepare and presents technical reports and briefing (including client RFIs)
Correspond with various department and line managers to identify and understand Info secs requirements & assist accordingly
Contribute to the identification of roots causes, the prioritization of threats, & recommend/ implements corrective actions
Continually research enterprise and industry for the evolving state of industry knowledge and methods regarding information security best practices

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years’ experience in managing Enterprise security and the IT infrastructure
Previous experience of SOC, ISO27001, PCI, and general security audits is highly desireable.
Fundamental knowledge of implementing networking concepts
Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills
Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Knowledge of computing infrastructures
Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues
Can follow flexible timings to match global client requirements (including USA)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
