| Job Description: |
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
- Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
- Look after the daily attendance and take action against the department having bad attendance.
- Deals with all the vendors and assure the quality of product provided by the vendor.
- Make reservations for traveling on behalf of management.
- Execute all the movements and promotion mails.
- Resolve all the employees’ issues.
- Arrangements for functions of the company.
- Announcement of TOM and EOM of the company
- Leaves/Optional day announcement.

- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
