Major Responsibilities:

• Develop content pillars and social calendars aligned with KPIs, business objectives, corporate priorities, and overarching marketing and social.
• Research, craft, and publish interactive, thoughtful, intelligent, and provoking content that encourages community participation.
• Define and improve community management and content development processes. Proactively escalate issues, trends, opportunities, and insights through the relevant channels in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with marketing team members for content and design ideas.
• Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create and manage content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing.
• Work with the social media manager to design social media graphics and content (paid and organic).
• Work with internal team members to create and design content for internal screens.
• Upload content on company website based on specifications of the marketing manager.
• Develop, produce, and update various internal and external corporate forms, schedules, manuals, presentations and templates as needed.
• Follow and maintain Pegasus brand guidelines to ensure brand standard are met across all Pegasus department, campaigns and public relationship materials.
• Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans in support of Pegasus objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze performance results using statistical techniques and analytics tools and translate that data into actionable insights.
• Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as website traffic, leads, and conversions.

Required Experience:

• Degree in Marketing, or Communications
• Minimum 3 years in experience in operations marketing roles and positions
• Minimum 3 years experience in digital social media marketing
• Minimum 2 years experience in analytics, trends and data
• Experience managing cross-channel marketing automation and campaign management tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Infor, Adobe Cloud, etc..
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong customer-focus orientation - demonstrates a vocal and confident style; shares thoughts and opinions and presents ideas with conviction and courage and has a passion for sales excellence
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A desire to learn and grow in the marketing field

• Dedicated area/separate room for work

Salary:

• Compensation: 80,000-110,000 PKR Per Month
• Final Salary to be determined based on experience, certifications, and qualifications
