Data Analyst will act as the technical liaison for our web analytics administration, implementation, and strategy. The individual will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to oversee design, integration, development, and validation of data provided from different sources. 

The candidate will be a member of the Digital Marketing team, within the Marketing department, and will report to the Director of Digital Marketing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Set-up and manage business critical data and business intelligence projects by analyzing data from different tools such as CRM, Google Analytics, and other sources. 
• Provide a singular report from different sources into reporting tool like PowerBI. 
• Administration of Google analytics accounts, properties, user management, dashboards, and reports. 
• Assist in the planning, design and building of data analytics suite in Google Analytics/GTM/Google Search Console. 
• Establish data associations/relationships within PowerBI, and tables within the tool.  
• Establish standard goals, process, procedure, and governance to onboard, setup, maintain and track data for reach, engagement, performance, and other metrics for OZ. 
• Analyze audience reach, engagement, and behavior metrics to avoid fragmentation of different business units needs and use cases. 
• Support diverse stakeholders by generating custom reports according to business needs. 
• Work with developers and digital producers to determine appropriate metrics and behavior to track on new and existing properties. 
• Identify areas of inefficiencies and develop methods for improvement. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Insights Analyst etc.) 
• Must have Google Analytics (GA4) implementation experience with hands on experience on the management tools like Tealium, GTM, GA Admin, Data studio etc. 
• Analytics implementation experience including technical implementation specification creation with custom codes, ensuring that tagging implementation is accurate. 
• Have a good knowledge of SEO, experience using SEMrush is a plus. 
• Should have good understanding of GA4 reports/dashboards, properties configurations etc. 
• Experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics and web reporting 
• Proficient in MS Excel should be able to understand formulas and pivot tables. 
• Understand and implement Power Query where needed to improve reporting efficiencies.  
• Managing expectations from analytics tool and reporting delivery and implementation efforts 
• Ability to understand the business context and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions. 
• Collaborate with business, marketing campaign managers to help support a data-driven approach. 
• Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration, but also able to work independently. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• A critical thinker with aptitude to isolate and fix technical issues related to flow of data.
