Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensuring periodic reporting of project being implemented in respective area office in line with MEAL Framework.
  • Tracking progress against output and outcome level indicators for each project.
  • Furnishing and disseminating critical findings and observations relating to implementation project implementation plans and processes with concerned project manager and relevant technical supervisors in AO.
  • Holding debriefing sessions with concerned teams on critical findings and observations to chalk out action points and course correction measures.
  • Maintaining and updating program level cumulative progress against output and outcome indicators on the Indicator Matrix.
  • Designing and conducting project related reviews and reflections to extract important lessons learnt for continuous improvement.
  • Providing technical support in designing and conducting Surveys.
  • Collation & consolidation of reports.
  • Collecting and document case studies and success stories.
  • Facilitating internal and external action research activities such as impact studies, evaluations etc.
  • Reporting on any non-compliance to beneficiary selection criteria to concerned manager along with technical supervisors in AO.
  • Receiving, registering, investigating and recommending appropriate and amicable solutions on all beneficiary community focused complaints according to the IRP Complaints Handling Policy document.
  • Maintaining, updating and sharing monthly complaints handling log-sheet.

Operational 

  • Preparation of work plans and social mobilization reports
  • Maintenance of hard record that includes field visits reports, CO meeting minutes, beneficiary data, assessment record, distribution record & other documentation.
  • Ensure appropriate beneficiary’s data collection & screening prior to making any transaction
  • Ensure proper filling of forms & formats as per desired standard

Organizational

  • Ensure compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services to communities.
  • In depth understanding of IR values and their demonstration in the field while working with communities.
  • Abide by the IR zero tolerance policy towards bribery & corruption through sensitization / empowerment of communities on coping mechanism so that they can raise voice as & when feel inappropriate.
  • Thorough knowledge of IR strategic priorities to ensure effective implementation with future sustainability.
  • Assist in identification & documentation of organizational successes for show casing its work
  • Facilitate communities in adaptation of environment friendly & cost effective approaches to meet their current as well as future needs with specific attention to climate change.
  • Focused efforts to be made for mainstreaming of marginalized groups i.e. PWDs, Women, Aged & children etc in consultation & implementation of project activities at ground.
  • Strengthen mechanism to Influence the decision makers through communities to pay attention towards DRR planning, give voice to suffering and the excluded, highlighting the protection needs of people.

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Social Sciences
  • Minimum 3 years’ with Master &/or 5 years with Bachelor degree of similar role in I/NGO setup 

Language:

  • Urdu, English and local language
