PNY Trainings is seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Coordinating and conducting employee onboarding and orientation sessions
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations
• Handling employee relations issues, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization
• Managing and administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies
• Assisting with performance management and employee development initiatives
• Providing support to other HR functions as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
