The person shall be responsible to conduct business and financial due diligence of new business opportunities coming to the Group; do valuation and modelling to build an effective business model, whether it's to evaluate a transaction, a new market opportunity or for other strategic purposes; conduct feasibilities. He/She would also be working on costing, feasibilities and development of new products being launched by the company.
