| Job Description: |
Responsible for all the tasks related to complaint management. Required to coordinate with the customers, note their issues and coordinate with field engineers or inhouse engineers for resolution of complaint or repair as case maybe. Also required to deal with walk-in clients who come to purchase or collect companion products and/or repaired machines. Ensuring quality checks and timelines check on engineers is important. |
