We are inviting applications for Administrator Assistant position. This job requires high level of commitment and you are expected to deal with a lot of different issues everyday. Administration assistant is a challenging role where you will required to be proactive, take initiatives and deal with the issues independently. As part of the administration team, you are your role will include the following:

Staff hiring: 

You will be required to manage the hiring process including job postings on different platforms, conducting phone interviews, shortlisting candidates and sending them to the relevant departments for further selection. Preparing and managing employment contracts and related issues. Successful candidate is expected to have a good understanding of hiring process and different strategies that are required for successfully hiring talent.

Staff training: 

Training is very important part to develop our teams. You will be expected to assess the team skills and arrange training to improve their skill sets.

Staff schedules: 

Part of your job includes preparing staff schedule in a way that our HR needs are full-filled and hospital operations runs smoothly. Successful candidate is expected to have good communication and management skills to deal with staff and keep them happy.

Marketing and advertising: 

You will be required to design the marketing and advertising strategies and present it to the management. With management approval you will be expected to implement such strategies which includes negotiating with marketing and advertising companies, outdoor site visits etc. Successful candidate is expected to have good understanding of marketing and advertising strategies.

IT and software management: 

You will be required to mange the IT systems and software of the hospital which includes talking to our IT service providers and fixing any issues arising from time to time. You will be first contact point if there is any IT issues faced by any department in the hospital therefore, you are expected to have good IT and computer skills to deal with issues independently.

Accounts, cash and reporting: 

You will be responsible for managing daily reporting and cash of the hospital. This includes posting entries to accounting system and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Facilities management: 

we take the cleanliness seriously and you will be responsible for managing the facilities and ensure that they are clean, tidy and free from germs at all times.

Dealing with customers: 

From time to time, you will also be required to deal with customers and solve any problems escalated by the front line staff. In order to do this, you are expected to have good understanding of the services offered by Capital Health Hospital.

In order to qualify for the positions, you must have Bachelor / Master degree with experience in accounting, HR, Marketing, IT, customer services and HR. Only candidates who have through understanding of the services offered by Capital Health Hospital will be successful to secure this position. You must have 2 years of work experience in a reputable organization and have an outstanding communication and management skills as well as problem solving skills. You should be able to deal with a lot of pressure and get the jobs done efficiently.
