Job Summary / Purpose:
- Responsibility for facilitating delivery of exceptional services to customers and managing existing key customer relationships, acquiring NTB customer to help in growing branch deposit and business.
Financial Accountability:
- Total revenue / Bank Level: As per assigned KPIs/PAM targets
- Total operating cost budget: Achievement of revenue and expense budget
Job Responsibilities / Challenges / Work Examples:
- Maintain and ensure growth of assigned Portfolio
- Achieve CA (LCY & FCY) - Targets
- Achieve Core Deposit — Targets
- Achieve NTB Acquisition — Accounts Targets
- Achieve Consumer Secured/Unsecured Targets
- Achieve Banca/Wealth Management Targets
- Initiate / Learn the operational aspect of branch
Communications And Working Relationships:

- Branches, District, Region, Cluster HO and staff from different cross functional units of the Bank
