| Job Description: |
- Lead and manage the Network and Systems team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive network and systems strategy aligned with the organization\'s overall goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of all network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all network and system resources, implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any network or system issues.
- Manage and maintain all critical IT systems, including servers, storage, and applications.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest network and systems technologies and trends, and recommend new solutions to improve efficiency and security.
- Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans for network and systems infrastructure.
- Prepare and manage budgets for the Network and Systems team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, HR, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business processes.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
