| Job Description: |
- Scheduling of Project weekly / fortnightly.
- Quoting of reference as per contract agreement.
- Receiving the Drawings from Design Department. Reading the drawings and collecting the data using drawing details.
- Advance Planning for Quality Production meeting, Co-ordination with the other departments
- Implementation of Daily Progress Reports at all projects.
- Checking of Daily Progress Reports and informing to Senior P.C.
- Correspondence with consultant and Client on site.
- Material updates, making Bills of Materials, cutting plans, Scheduled work allotments and utilized machine and man power details.
- Will put up recommendations to the senior P.C. to improve the progress and enhance the output of the plant Eqpt and Machinery
- To ensure Engineering works are carried out in accordance with specifications
- Will resolve the issues if any between the client and consultant at site.
- Preparation of weekly progress reports and forwarding to Senior P.C.
- Will visit the project sites as and when required
- Physically monitoring the Site in accordance with the Plan.
- Checking of Materials at Site and resolving shortage issues.
- Reconciliation of Material / Vendor bills etc.
- Planning Engineer will ask the PMs to provide weekly Project / Site Execution Plans.
- Implementation of the Execution Plan, thereby ensuring the smooth running of activities.
- Cannot leave the site if any activity is continued even after office hours, especially where presence is required.
- Collection of work done plans from PMs (daily basis) and implementation of work plan and its result.
- Economizes the overall working to reduce the overall cost.
- Implementation of site monitoring report.
- Make requirements, requests for proposal, award criteria and other matters regarding Pre-qualification works of the Project.
- Preparation of weekly/monthly work schedules for site engineers with the coordination of project managers
- Any other task assigned by the senior management/reporting incharge
