| Job Description: |
The role involves providing technical sales support, engaging with customers to understand their requirements, and delivering technical solutions that meet those needs. You’ll be designing and presenting solutions for AV automation & Smart Lighting Control systems for both commercial and residential buildings including demonstrations. Prior experience of AV,IT or automation products for Healthcare, Universities, Hotels ,Banks and Smart homes a plus.
Key deliverables for this position are:
- Market / Sell Smart Control Systems for large-scale commercial/residential projects on a nationwide basis.
- Understand customer requirements and present complete technical solutions & proposals, pre-sale design.
- Generate fresh leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Develop & deliver solutions presentations, conduct system demonstrations & POCs.
- Brand promotion and relationship building with Property Owners, Architects, Consultants, Builders & Contractors.
- Prepare proposals, technical specifications & requirement write-ups.
- Prepare & deliver technical presentations on company products, systems and services to potential customers.
- Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, negotiate prices and complete project sales.
