We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and experienced Upwork Bidder to help us land design and tech-related projects on Upwork. You’ll represent our growing creative agency, which focuses on UI/UX design, branding, and web development.

Responsibilities:

• Write compelling, tailored proposals for design and tech projects (UI/UX, branding, web design, etc.)
•   Identify and apply to suitable jobs daily•  Understand client requirements and align them with our service
• Track and follow up on submitted proposals
•   Communicate with potential clients and schedule discovery calls when needed
•   Provide regular reports on bidding activities and outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or business development executive
• Excellent written communication and proposal writing skills
•   Understanding of design and tech-related services (especially UI/UX and branding)
•   Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets

Nice to Have:

Prior experience working with a startup design and media agency.
