| Job Description: |
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Microwave Delivery as a Field Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor installation & commissionin
- Ability to monitor network performance, analyze transmission statistics, and implement necessary optimizations or improvements
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Experience with Equipment U2000/NCE
- Ability to provide guidance to the field team in resolving microwave installation issues
