We are looking for motivated and skilled Sales Agents to join our team. As a Truck Dispatch Sales Agent, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing logistics operations, building relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers and customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the USA to generate leads and build a customer base.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers and clients to coordinate dispatch operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve queries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and dispatch details.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales, or call centers (preferably in the USA market).
• Fresh Graduates: Exceptional English communication skills and a willingness to learn (training will be provided).
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
