Job Description: |
A Customer Sales Representative in an IT training institute needs to be a strong communicator, a great listener, and possess excellent sales skills. They will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, and closing deals on IT training courses and other related services. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., online inquiries, networking, referrals) and qualify them based on their needs and budget.

Customer Communication: Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their IT training needs and objectives.

Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to determine the most suitable IT training courses and programs.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Present training course options, highlighting benefits and features, and negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement and repeat business.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.

Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, record results in a CRM system, and provide regular reports on performance and market trends.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience and address inquiries.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on industry trends, new training offerings, and competitive landscapes to maintain a strong sales advantage.
Essential Skills:
