Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
• Identify and pursue B2B and B2C catering opportunities (corporate events, weddings, private functions, etc.).
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to close deals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through excellent service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and expos.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
