We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Finance. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building a career in finance and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial reporting and data analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting tasks

• Coordinate with internal departments for reconciliations and audits

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial policies

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in ACCA or CA (CAF completed preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing setup
