Job Description: |
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. You will be assisting our U.K.-based clients by addressing their queries and concerns while providing accurate resolutions via call. We are looking for individuals with international customer service experience, but more importantly, we value passion, personality, and a strong work ethic. A sense of humor is a plus!
Requirements:
- O Levels/Matric or above
- Excellent English (Written & Verbal)
- American or Neutral Accent
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid CNIC
