Job Description:

Reporting To: CEO/Managing Director

  • Working Hours: 7pm to 4am
  • Working Days: Mon to Fri

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Manager of E-Commerce Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage a dedicated team, ensure high customer retention, and oversee call center operations to maximize sales. A strong grasp of the e-commerce landscape and current market trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales Growth & Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve volume and revenue targets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive growth.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Customer Retention:

  • Implement effective customer retention strategies to build loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior and improve retention rates.

Call Center Management:

  • Oversee call center operations to ensure efficient handling of sales inquiries and order processing.
  • Train and support call center staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Sales Target Management:

  • Set and achieve sales targets for both volume and product units sold.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress to senior management.
  • Continuously refine sales processes to exceed targets.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce sales management, preferably in the technology or network cables industry.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales performance metrics.
  • Capability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Newegg, and Walmart.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current e-commerce trends and best practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales management software.
