We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Manager of E-Commerce Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage a dedicated team, ensure high customer retention, and oversee call center operations to maximize sales. A strong grasp of the e-commerce landscape and current market trends is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve volume and revenue targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance across all e-commerce platforms.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive growth.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Customer Retention:
- Implement effective customer retention strategies to build loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior and improve retention rates.
Call Center Management:
- Oversee call center operations to ensure efficient handling of sales inquiries and order processing.
- Train and support call center staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Sales Target Management:
- Set and achieve sales targets for both volume and product units sold.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress to senior management.
- Continuously refine sales processes to exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce sales management, preferably in the technology or network cables industry.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales performance metrics.
- Capability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Newegg, and Walmart.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales management software.
