Assist the Section Head/Principal in implementing academic and administrative policies. Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum delivery. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality. Monitor student progress, maintain records, and coordinate assessment procedures. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and school activities. Organize co-curricular programs, events, and activities to enrich the learning experience. Ensure discipline, attendance, and smooth daily operations within the section. Act as a link between teachers, parents, and school administration for effective coordination. |
