We are searching for a very good cold outreach specialist who can take care of all of our campaigns for us and our clients.   We have a high bar for copywriting, and are already performing great. We just need to scale, which is where you come in.   What we offer

• $1,500/mo salary
• 20% share of client performance fees
  • We have a retainer + performance pricing model, and you get a share out of the performance fees
  • Estimated to be an extra $1,000 to $5,000 per month, depending on your campaign performance
• This is a remote full-time position with flexible hours (except meetings), in any location
• Financial support for co-working spaces, education, and tools

Who are we searching for We are searching for a Cold Outreach Specialist who can help our clients get the best results they could using our services & tech.   Here’s what you’ll need to do:

1. Write great email copy (~60% of your time)
2. Write AI prompts to personalize the email copy for each prospect (~20% of your time)
3. Solve client requests together with the team (~10% of your time)
4. Identify and target ICP (~5% of your time)

5. Strategize with our team & our clients on how to blend cold email to their GTM strategy (~5% of your time)
